The room was very spacious and also the breakfast was rich.

The hotel is located on a very busy and noisy road. The noise can be heard down to the last room.

We were only there for three nights, but everything we wanted to achieve was super easy to reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food plentiful

The pool at Best Western was a bit small, but it didn't bother us since there weren't many guests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was just okay, but the spa offered enjoyable treatments at a good price. The hotel's location near the beach was convenient, although we didn't get to explore much with our baby. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a memorable stay and would recommend Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort to others.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly reception staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. We especially enjoyed the refreshing pools and the poolside bar, where we spent many relaxing afternoons. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and town, and a quick scooter ride to nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Best Western for its great value for money and everything you need.

The nice and ideal location was close to The Baray Spa. The staff was really helpful and attentive providing the information. Had a well-appointed double room, which allowed us to enjoy astonishing view of sunrise and sunset.

It was quiet and located very near to the Karon Beach

The Staff were not very friendly.

The location is fantastic, just 400 meters from Karon Temple. It's a short walk to many restaurants, bars, taxis, and Karon beach. The sea views are pleasant, and the staff members are amazingly great and courteous. The breakfast is incredible, with plenty of food and free hot drinks.

My stay was overall a good experience, there are somethings that hotel can improve, especially on the service charges (exhorbitant at the moment, like Room Service charges, Wifi pricing). The hotel facilities close a little early given that it's a vacation place where people would be awake late unlike a business place.

Lovely hotel to relax at - good location - away from all of the main noise but only 2 min walk to all of the street traders and restaurants and the beach etc. Karon beach nice - and town - lots of places to organise trips etc - tried to talk to hotel about the various trips offered but english wasn't great. Just as easy to organise from one of the many tour operators though. Good base to do various trips to Phi Phi - Phuket - Elephant treking etc. Swimming pools lovely - nice area to relax in and well maintained. Hotel grounds nice. Big breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Overalll a nice hotel in good location, esp for the budget we were on - good value.

Hotel restaurant is really good. Breakfast was sufficient and everything we ate was delicious. Last evening we had to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and Thai foods were the best of all Phuket. Not expensive!

The service o fBest Western Phuket Ocean Resort is very good.The room we live has a good view of sea. And I ordered an airport transfer sevice, the fee and the service both are very good.
